Tomb\u00e9 dans l\u2019oubli depuis sa mort il y a quinze ans, il nous laisse pourtant un imposant h\u00e9ritage discographique entre 1948 et 1965 int\u00e9gralement enregistr\u00e9 par Od\u00e9on en France. Fr\u00e9quemment invit\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision \u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque par l\u2019ORTF \u2013 le pianiste originaire d\u2019Etampes (entre Versailles et Pithiviers) n\u2019a pas manqu\u00e9 une occasion pour se produire devant un public de choix. Remarquable interpr\u00e8te de Liszt et de Chopin, il refusait toutefois l\u2019\u00e9tiquette de \u00ab\u00a0pianiste romantique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accent 4 lui consacre une \u00e9mission sp\u00e9ciale avec Victor-Emmanuel HUSS \u00e0 \u00e9couter le 6 et 28 septembre \u00e0 18H00.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"182\" height=\"277\" src=\"https:\/\/accent4.com\/preprod\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Trouard3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6682\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Raymond TROUARD<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Form\u00e9 au Conservatoire de Paris par Andr\u00e9 Bloch, Joseph Morapin, Victor Staub, Emil von Sauer, Marcel Dupr\u00e9, Paul Dukas, Philippe Gaubert et Bruno Walter, Raymond Trouard obtient son premier prix de piano en 1933. Entre musique de chambre et cours particulier, l\u2019attention n\u2019est port\u00e9e que sur la musique comme en t\u00e9moigne cette rare photographie de la classe de Max D\u2019Ollone (ci-dessous).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0D\u2019Ollone \u00e9tait un homme sensible, tr\u00e8s profond\u00e9ment musicien, auquel rien n\u2019\u00e9chappait. Serpinet au violon (futur secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des concerts Colonne).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premier r\u00e9cital deux ans plus tard, apr\u00e8s avoir perfectionn\u00e9 son jeu aupr\u00e8s d\u2019Yves Nat. Puis en 1937, le second prix de direction d\u2019orchestre vient compl\u00e9ter son palmar\u00e8s. L\u2019accession \u00e0 la r\u00e9compense pianistique supr\u00eame en 1939 (\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque le 1<sup>er<\/sup> Grand Prix Louis Di\u00e9mer) lui ouvre les portes d\u2019une carri\u00e8re internationale. Un vaste r\u00e9pertoire de Bach \u00e0 Dutilleux, jou\u00e9 aussi bien en solo qu\u2019avec les plus grands chefs d\u2019orchestres de son temps, le fait voyager dans le monde entier. Les critiques pleuvent\u00a0: Bernard Gavoty alors au <em>Figaro<\/em> laisse dans les colonnes du quotidien <em>\u00ab\u00a0Une technique l\u00e9gendaire\u2026 des mains merveilleuses\u2026 une source de joie\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Jean Wi\u00e9ner compare l\u2019homme \u00e0 ses illustres pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseurs <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le piano, le somptueux piano d\u2019Emile Sauer, de Rachmaninov, et de Vladimir Horowitz, peut \u00eatre fier de Monsieur Trouard\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Avec cette personnification de l\u2019instrument plus rien n\u2019arr\u00eate le soliste. \u00a0M\u00eame pas une guerre mondiale. Raymond Trouard sera vivement sollicit\u00e9 y compris dans une capitale occup\u00e9e, ce qui explique peut-\u00eatre le d\u00e9laissaient qu\u2019il subit depuis. Mobilis\u00e9 en 1940, il semblerait que son visage porte encore quelques stigmates re\u00e7us alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait dans l\u2019infanterie. Proche du r\u00e9gime de Vichy, au m\u00eame titre que Lucienne Delforge, il privil\u00e9gia \u00e9galement sa carri\u00e8re \u00e0 la politique en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Au Palais des f\u00eates le 22 novembre 1946<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <em>Nouveau journal de Strasbourg<\/em> nous informe dans l\u2019encart consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la visite du G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Leclerc en Alsace &#8211; \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du second anniversaire de la lib\u00e9ration de la capitale alsacienne &#8211; que le pianiste a jou\u00e9 les <em>Variations symphoniques<\/em> de C\u00e9sar Franck avec l\u2019orchestre de Radio Strasbourg (sous la direction de Victor Clowez). Au programme&nbsp;: la symphonie de Bizet, puis la 5<sup>e<\/sup> de Dvorak, un concerto de Mozart (en mi-b\u00e9mol) avec Blanche Tarjus avant de finir sur une composition du chef d\u2019orchestre&nbsp;: <em>Du Tschad au Rhin<\/em>, ode \u00e0 la 2<sup>e<\/sup> D.B. pour ch\u0153ur, orchestre et r\u00e9citant. Le r\u00e9citant en question Antoine Bourbon accompagn\u00e9 par la Chorale du Corps Enseignant de Strasbourg dirig\u00e9e par Joseph Kuntz. Toute une \u00e9poque r\u00e9unie dans un dr\u00f4le de programme, \u00e0 l\u2019image d\u2019une \u00ab&nbsp;dr\u00f4le de guerre&nbsp;\u00bb. Le journaliste mentionne m\u00eame la location du piano&nbsp;: un instrument du magasin Wolf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des d\u00e9buts sur grand \u00e9cran\u2026 mais toujours derri\u00e8re le piano<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1953, Raymond Trouard participe au court-m\u00e9trage d\u2019Andr\u00e9 Berthomieu <em>Trois Hommes et un piano<\/em>. Son talent est requis pour jouer <em>C\u2019est si bon<\/em> avec Henri Betti et L\u00e9o Chauliac. Chanson d\u2019amour aux accents de jazz, il est amusant d\u2019entendre un \u00ab&nbsp;pianiste romantique&nbsp;\u00bb excellant avec Liszt dans un standard de jazz. A l\u2019\u00e2ge de 10 ans d\u00e9j\u00e0, le futur virtuose se produisait devant Henry Roussell. Le r\u00e9alisateur demandait alors au jeune gar\u00e7on d\u2019incarner Chopin. Dans un article de <em>Comoedia<\/em> paru le 17 juin 1927, Raymond Trouard parle du ma\u00eetre polonais en ces termes&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Il y a longtemps que j\u2019aime Chopin et que je joue ses \u0153uvres, et je suis fier d\u2019interpr\u00e9ter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran le grand musicien, alors qu\u2019il n\u2019\u00e9tait, comme moi, qu\u2019un petit gar\u00e7on&#8230; et je travaillerai beaucoup&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>. Une belle pointe du journaliste qui explique d\u00e9j\u00e0 son succ\u00e8s&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Tant de simplicit\u00e9 et de jeunesse ne peuvent que plaire&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019enseignement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de 1969, le concertiste occupera le poste d\u2019enseignant au sein du Conservatoire de Paris\u00a0; la m\u00eame institution o\u00f9 il avait lui-m\u00eame fait son apprentissage. Parmi ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves, on trouve Michel Dalberto (laur\u00e9at des deux concours Clara Haskil et Leeds pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec Trouard), Jean-Gabriel Ferlan, Eric Ferrer et Marc-Henri Lamande. En parall\u00e8le de ses cours, Trouard grave une quantit\u00e9 ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nale de microsillons. Il a confi\u00e9 \u00e0 Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Gaussin avoir <em>\u00ab\u00a0regrett\u00e9 les enregistrements sur des Gaveau, pauvres en harmoniques au d\u00e9triment d\u2019Erard et Pleyel\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
